01Who is enterprise AI training for?
Leaders, employees and technical teams, with paths tailored to their roles and skills. Needs assessment, permitted-data exercises and output evaluation shape the programme.
02How is client confidentiality considered?
Access, data permissions and approved tools are reviewed before implementation. Client project details and data are not disclosed on the public website. Confidentiality and retention terms are defined during scoping.
03Do you only work on OCR or AI projects?
No. We start with the business problem. Our work includes software development, product design, process automation, analytics and integration. AI is used when it creates evaluable value for the problem.
04Can we start with spreadsheet data?
Yes. We can begin with existing files and a defined scope, establish data quality and shared definitions, then expand toward system integration. Feasible outputs depend on the quality and coverage of the data.
05How does a project begin?
With a conversation about the problem, users and current situation. We then define the first release, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Development is incremental so further decisions can be based on tangible outputs.
06Can you integrate with our existing systems?
After reviewing available interfaces and access permissions, we design the integration. APIs, databases or file exchange may be suitable, depending on the organisation’s technical and security constraints.
07How do deployment and support work?
Deployment follows your IT policies. Documentation, training and handover are defined in the project scope. Support arrangements and future development are agreed as part of the collaboration.
